General Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of LCS - Limousine Car Spiritka, s.r.o.
1. Subject of Terms:
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between LCS - Limousine Car Spiritka, s.r.o. ("LCS"), and the Customer using the limousine service ("Customer"). The limousine service is provided on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and commences when the Customer signs the consent or commences using the services.
2. Booking and confirmation:
Customers can book the limousine service by telephone, email or through the online booking form on the company's website. Upon receipt of the booking, the company will send the Customer confirmation of the availability of the services and the terms of the booking. The booking is valid only after it has been confirmed by the company.
3. Cancellation of a booking:
The Customer has the right to cancel the limousine service booking without being charged a fee at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the service. If the booking is cancelled later or in case of an unexcused absence, the company reserves the right to charge the Customer a cancellation fee in accordance with the applicable price list.
4. Pricing terms:
LCS limousine service prices and may vary depending on the type of vehicle, the length of the route, the time the service is provided, and other factors. All prices are in local currency and are final. LCS reserves the right to change the prices of services and will inform the Customer of such changes in a timely manner.
5. Payment terms:
Payments for limousine services are payable in cash or by credit card on the day the service is provided, unless otherwise agreed. An invoice may be issued at the Customer's request. If the Customer fails to pay the invoiced amount by the due date, a late fee may be charged.
6. Responsibility for property:
LCS shall not be liable for any damage to the Customer's personal property during the course of the service, including loss or damage to luggage or other personal belongings.
7. Liability for delays:
LCS makes every effort to keep to scheduled departure and arrival times. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that could cause delays, the company undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and provide an adequate solution.
8. Cancellation or change to the service by the company:
LCS reserves the right to cancel or change the service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical faults with the vehicle or other emergencies. In this case, the company undertakes to offer the Customer an alternative solution or a full refund for the service.
LCS will handle the Customer's personal data in accordance with the data protection laws and will use such data solely for the purpose of providing the limousine service. More about data protection here.
10. Validity of Terms:
These Terms and Conditions are valid from the date they are accepted by the Customer until they are amended or cancelled. LCS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions and will notify Customers of any changes in a timely manner.
